With a proven track record of driving growth for clients across industries, we're now expanding our digital marketing capabilities. To support this growth, we're looking for a Senior Media Buyer to scale our paid media efforts across key channels.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following...
• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Manage $20k+ monthly ad budgets, focused on efficiency, lead quality, and scalable ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
• Track and analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
• Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, CRM, content) to ensure alignment with broader business and client goals
• Stay informed on platform changes, industry trends, and new ad tech
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of deep, practical experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, delivering measurable business outcomes
• Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns with measurable impact
• Strong analytical and optimization skills — you're comfortable making decisions based on data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven and dependable in a remote work environment
• Experience in lead generation funnels paid campaigns is a plus
Bonus Points For
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of buyer journeys and long sales cycles
• Experience working within a consultancy, SaaS, or RevOps-focused organization
